fighting against endometriosis

Qerim showed her vulnerability by sharing her very personal struggle with endometriosis on Good Morning America in hopes of helping the millions of women suffering from this debilitating disease. She works closely with the Endometriosis Foundation of America to raise awareness, education and funds for a cure.

Molly efforted to pass two bills before congress.

Legalizing surrogacy in New York City and the amendment for $26 million to be included in the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services funding for endometriosis research to expand basic, clinical, and translational research into the mechanics of endometriosis, identify biomarkers for early diagnosis, and develop new treatment methods.

She is an ambassador for the Boys and Girls Club, hosting fundraising events, speaking at clubs nationally, running an empowerment group locally and even playing Santa for club holiday wish lists.

partially as a result of working in a male dominated industry for well over a decade, She often speaks at universities and conferences providing motivational speeches and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Each Veterans Day, Qerim travels to a different military base to host a live First Take show and thank the servicemen and women for their dedication to our country
